	A friend of mine's cousin has a trail like that in the woods behind his house - except without all those plank looking things - and he had a run-in with a tree. The thing that's so amazing, though, is that the only injury he sustained was a sprained middle finger while his bike got most of the damage (it coiled around and took shape of the circumference of the tree trunk).
